About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join
our team at Medical Group Alaska in Honolulu, HI. As an Audiologist
with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing
high-quality care to our patients and contributing to the success
of our team.Key Responsibilities
- Administer and interpret various tests to determine the type
and degree of hearing impairment
- Evaluate test results in relation to behavioral, social,
educational, and medical record reviews
- Operate computerized programs and utilize application software
and databases to enter, modify, and access information in
electronic medical records
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA
guidelines
- Conduct otoscopic examinations, cerumen management, and
calibration checks of audiometric equipment
- Lead paraprofessional staff training for Audiology-specific
skills and certifications
- Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit
Questionnaires (DBQs)Requirements
- Doctorate Degree in Audiology from an accredited college or
university
- Current unrestricted Audiologist license in the state where you
will be employed
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and/or
American Academy of Audiology (AAA) certification prior to
hire
- 3+ years of clinic practice experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain government clearances (LARS,
Public Trust, NACI, etc.) as required
- Ability to pass a medical clearance consisting of passing an
N95 respirator fit test, properly wearing organizational standard
respiratory protective equipment as required, passing a
Tuberculosis/TB test, and receiving a Hepatitis A/B vaccine series
or passing a Hepatitis A/B Titer test and other medical
clearances/vaccinations as requiredCompensation and BenefitsWe

of $90k-$170k with quarterly bonus eligibility, up to $10k sign-on
