year of recent experience working at a Medicare-Certified Agency.

Details: $1,320 – $1,370 per week* 16-week contract SHC Home Health
Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit LPN will have a
designated territory of coverage Average weekly expectation is 30
units of productivity Must have 1 year of recent experience with
Medicare Certified Agency *Estimated weekly payment may include

Requirements: Medicare Certified Agency Experience Electronic
Charting experience Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing
experience (private duty does not qualify) Current Hawaii Nursing
