Contract Job Summary I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performs
clinical diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and other
procedures associated with the production of MRI images. • Provides
patient care during procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE: • Current certification in
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) by the American Registry of
Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T.). If not certified, certification
must be obtained within one (1) year of entrance into the position.
• Current BLS/HCP certification. B. EXPERIENCE: • One (1) year as a
registered technologist in a medical imaging field employing cross
sectional imaging techniques. • Prior recent MRI technologist
experience preferred. • Experience to demonstrate: o Knowledge of
computers, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology required. o
Knowledge of MRI safety operations and capabilities. “We are an
