Connecting. Growing together. /n /n Primary Responsibilities: /n /n
- Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care
with external providers /n - Conduct outpatient psychiatric
evaluations /n - Screen and assess patients for common mental
health and substance abuse disorders /n - Provide treatment for
mental health conditions using various approaches including
cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and
other evidence-based methods /n - Systematically track treatment
response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and
treatment side effects or complications /n - Maintain accurate and
up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation,
ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements /n /n /n We

interested in. Required Qualifications: /n /n - Master’s degree in
psychology, social work, or a related counseling field /n - Must
have a clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LISW, LICSW)
in the state of practice /n /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n /n -
2 years professional social work / clinical experience post
master’s degree /n - Experience providing direct psychotherapy
services to individuals and families /n - Experience working with
computers for professional communication and medical documentation
- Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) /n - Demonstrated
ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal
effectiveness /n /n /n The salary range for this role is $59,500 to
$116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group
