Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Long-Term Care (LTC) House Supervisor. This role requires the ability to lead and support nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain smooth operations during assigned shifts. The supervisor will primarily work night shifts and must be available for consecutive weekends as needed. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership, oversight, and support to LTC nursing staff across all units. - Monitor patient care activities to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulations. - Assist with staffing, scheduling, and addressing daily operational needs. - Respond to emergencies and support clinical decision-making as required. - Maintain a safe and effective care environment for residents and staff. - Serve as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts for operational and clinical concerns. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans and continuity of services. Requirements: - Active Hawaii RN license required prior to start. - Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably within LTC or supervisory roles. - Must be able to work mainly night shift and consecutive weekends as needed. - Ability to work 40 hours per week with rotating shifts. - Certification requirements may include (based on employer standards): BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, CPI, ENPC, TNCC, ATCN, NIHSS, STABLE, ASLS, and others depending on assignment.
