Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance Health to find a
qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Honolulu, Hawaii, 96801! Pay
Information $3,237 per week About The Position ID: 73883110 Shift:
AM/PM Rotation (7A-7P & 7P-7A) Description: A.
EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION Graduate of an accredited nursing
program; BSN preferred Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license
required to apply Current BLS/HCP, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS required
TNCC, CPI (or equivalent) preferred Specialty certification(s)
highly desired (CCRN, TCRN, SCRN, CNRN) Must pass EKG exam with 80%
or better during orientation EPIC EMR experience required All
licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of
application submission through the duration of the initial contract
B. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Two (2) or more years of full-time staff
RN experience in a Neuroscience ICU at a Level I Trauma Center
prior to any travel assignments required CRRT experience highly
desired C. OTHER Previous Queen s Health System travelers highly
preferred Travelers float to ICU, Stepdown, and Telemetry based
upon facility needs Compliance must be completed no later than 10
days prior to the contract start date. Failure to meet this
requirement will delay the start while the end date remains fixed,
resulting in a shortened contract Requested Time Off (RTO) is not
permitted during the initial contract period Additional is open to
Hawaii residents, but they will not be offered traveler rates.
