Job description: Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Examiner We are
seeking Traumatic Brain Injury Examiners who wants to make a
difference in the lives of Veterans who have served our Country!
PAY RATE : Starting at $1500/day SCHEDULE : PRN/Hybrid SHIFT : PRN
as needed START DATE: 4-6 Weeks LOCATIONS : Honolulu, HI
REQUIREMENTS : Qualified applicants must hold an MD/DO license in
at least one state in the U.S., must be board-certified in
Neurological Surgery, Neurology, or Physiatry (Physical Medicine
and Rehabilitation) or candidate must have completed a 2-year
residency with one of these specialties. Psychiatrists are
occasionally considered but must meet the board certification or
residency requirements and are subject to approval from the medical
director. Working as a TBI Examiner with this contract, the
provider will review medical history and provide a one-time,
non-treatment compensation and pension Disability Assessment for
Veterans. The Practitioner will complete exams electronically
through a web-based form sent to the U.S. Department of Veterans
Affairs for disability award determinations. You will not treat or
prescribe medication or hearing aids in this position. This is an
in-person position, telehealth opportunities may present as needed.
Schedule: Office Open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Need is PRN,
as needed Possibility for travel and/or telehealth No Weekends, No
