Care Consultant! Our Care Consultant position is open for RN

will perform assessments, build care plans, supervise care delivery
and manage our clients' overall care experience. It is a full time,
salaried administrative positive with a regular work week of Monday

or Licensed Practical Nurse license, current and in good standing -
Current CPR & First Aid Certifications - Current TB clearance proof
of past TB 2-step test - Ability to ambulate within a variety of
home environments - Criminal Abstract will be reviewed - Pass
written entry exams and skills assessments - Valid driver's license
