Job Description Adventist Health Castle (AHCS) seeks a
full-time, mission-minded, board certified or eligible
pulmonologist with the option of covering the intensive care unit
as a critical care attending physician. The incumbent will join a
high-quality, collegial, multi-disciplinary team, dedicated to
whole-person, patient-centered care, in a welcoming environment for
families. This is a unique lifetime, career opportunity for someone
who seeks a full-spectrum pulmonary care practice, including
inpatient and outpatient settings, with opportunity for critical
care in a community based practice environment. Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to: - Provide inpatient consults and
follow-ups - Conduct comprehensive pulmonary evaluations and
develop individualized treatment plans - Diagnose and manage
conditions such as asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease,
pulmonary hypertension, and sleep disorders - Order and interpret
diagnostic tests including imaging and pulmonary function tests -
Perform bronchoscopies and manage other pulmonary procedures (as
credentialed) - Collaborate with internal medicine, critical care,
cardiology and emergency department teams for coordinated care -
Diagnose and manage chronic respiratory conditions, promote
preventive care and patient education for long-term disease

Castle qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness as a 501(c)(3)
not-for-profit hospital. Base Compensation Starts at $400,000.00
