Job Opportunity – Home Health Registered Nurse – Hawaii Start Date: February 3, 2026 Location: Kaneohe, Hawaii Compensation: $88/hour – Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Full-time with rotating weekends (2-3 per month); 6 on-call shifts per month as needed, including weekends Highlights: Provide exceptional patient care through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Serve as liaison between patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to optimize outcomes Focus on complex patient populations including frequent ED utilizers, chronic pain, substance abuse, and homeless patients Lead coordination of interdisciplinary care plans and ensure appropriateness of resource utilization Coverage area includes communities across central Oahu Mileage reimbursement provided at $0.43 per mile Requirements: Active Hawaii RN license (compact not accepted; plan to arrive early for in-person license processing) 2 years of nursing experience required Minimum 6 months of Home Health experience required Previous travel nursing experience required Proficiency with Homecare Home Base and OASIS documentation systems Active driver's license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance required Current COVID and Flu vaccinations required (declinations not accepted) Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred Case Management experience preferred Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes by coordinating comprehensive care for diverse populations in a beautiful island setting.
