Accessible Space Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Caretaker / maintenance to perform general upkeep and maintenance for our building in Waipahu, HI. *Caretaker unit available rent free! Here's what you'll be doing: Maintain a clean and safe environment Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs Do all duties related to unit turnovers Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks Implement required unit and building inspections Perform routine errands Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work Answer after-hours emergency calls promptly (within 15 minutes) and take appropriate action, when necessary. Qualifications: One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs Work independently Effective communicate orally and in writing.
