call; Every 3rd weekend rotation - Fri(night) - Mon(morning)
Patient Volume: TBD Phone Consults: 2-3 per day Annual TCV Volume:
400 pumps Case Mix: CTHS Required Procedures: - Aortic dissections
- Emergency ECMO/Impella - Rarely CABG/cardiac trauma consults
Other Info: - The elective CABG/valve consults can be dealt with by
primary TCV after the weekend. - If the staff surgeons are on PTO
then the locums will cover that period too; PTO dates to be
identified. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements: HI License or IMLC BC ACLS CSR/CDS DEA Health
Immunization/vaccination (with dates) Recent NPDB CV in MM/YYYY
format Gaps of 30 days must have explanation provided
