Nurse Practitioner | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Honolulu, HI Employer: All Medical Personnel Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialties Accepted: Family Nurse Practitioner | Adult Nurse Practitioner l Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Schedule: Monday through Sunday | 7a-7p Job Details In Home Health Assessments In-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans. H&P evaluations. Will review medications/dosages, (will do physical, check blood pressure, finger stick, get urine sample, and will leave fecal kit for patient to mail in). 5 to 8 assessments per day (Assessments last approx 45-75 mins, last appointment scheduled @ 6 pm). Ages seen: Geriatrics EMR: Proprietary System. All documentation is done on the iPad.
