$2,949 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract

EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION Current Hawaii State license as a
Pharmacist Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred Post-graduate
clinical residency accredited by the American Society of
Health-System Pharmacists preferred All licenses and certifications
must be valid at the time of application submission through the
duration of the initial contract B. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Two (2)
years as a Clinical Hospital Pharmacist experience prior to any
travel assignments required Preferably with experience in rounding
with a medical team, monitoring of patient drug therapy,
pharmacokinetic dosing and patient counseling and education
Experience in unit dose and IV services preferred Ability to
communicate professional expertise to all levels of the health care
team. C. OTHER Compliance must be completed no later than 10 days
prior to the contract start date. Failure to meet this requirement
will delay the start while the end date remains fixed, resulting in
a shortened contract Additional is open to Hawaii residents, but
they will not be offered traveler rates. Please submit rate bid
with submission. ALL COMPLIANCE WILL BE DUE 10 DAYS BEFORE START!
