Job Description:
Life Care Center of K Punawai Ola invites compassionate and
motivated individuals to join our team as Nurse Aides in Training.
This role is pivotal for individuals aiming to enter the nursing
field, providing essential hands-on experience in a supportive and
professional environment. Our facility specializes in skilled
nursing, rehabilitation, and post-operative care, ensuring a rich
learning ground for those starting their careers. This position
will teach you to deliver high-quality care under the supervision
of experienced nursing staff while supporting the wellness and
recovery of our residents. Provide basic patient care under the
direction of nursing staff Perform duties such as feeding, bathing,
dressing, grooming, and moving patients Assist in the
transportation of patients and operation of equipment Monitor and
report changes in patient health and wellbeing Maintain a clean and
safe environment for all residents Participate in educational
sessions and training to improve skills and meet caregiving
standards Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic
understanding of hygiene and sanitation Ability to follow
instructions and procedures Physical ability to perform job duties
Attention to detail Medical Insurance Life Insurance Completion of
a state-approved Nurse Aide training program (offered post-hiring)
Certification in CPR and First Aid (provided during training if not
already obtained)
