Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of PT and 1 year of home health experience for a 13-week home health assignment in K?ne‘ohe, HI. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Home health setting working with adult and geriatric patients in the community - Day shifts, 8 hours per day, no weekends or on-call required - Productivity expectation of 25 points per week - Uses Homecare Home Base and OASIS for documentation - Responsibilities include individualized evaluations, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in the home setting - Must complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines - Will supervise assigned assistants as needed - Mileage is reimbursed at 43 cents per mile - Works as part of an interdisciplinary care team - Up to 5 days of requested time off is permitted during the contract /n /n Requirements/n - Active Hawaii PT license required at time of consideration - Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy experience required - At least 1 year of recent PT home health experience required - BLS certification (AHA) and CPR required - Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s degree preferred - Experience with Homecare Home Base and OASIS systems required - License required if applicable /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-666463.
