Roles & Responsibilities Assist cardiology physicians during catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment and sterile fields before and after cases Monitor patients during procedures and communicate changes promptly to the clinical team Operate imaging equipment and document procedural details accurately in the patient record Respond to on-call requests in a timely, professional manner and support emergent cases as needed Collaborate with nurses, technologists, and providers to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care Qualifications ARRT Certified prior to the start of the contract (mandatory) Experience as a Cath Lab Tech or similar interventional cardiology role preferred Ability to accept frequent on-call shifts and work consecutive weekends as required Reliable clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset Knowledge & Skills Familiarity with catheterization lab equipment and sterile technique Basic understanding of cardiac anatomy and hemodynamics Strong patient monitoring and safety awareness Clear, timely documentation and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams Comfortable responding to emergent situations and on-call demands Benefits Supportive team that values you and your contributions Travel assignment perks to help you explore a new city Licensure assistance and reimbursement where applicable Professional development opportunities and skill-building on the job Paid time off to recharge between assignments Comprehensive onboarding and orientation at the facility Referral program that rewards you for great colleagues A collaborative environment with experienced cardiology teams Travel Perks: Explore Honolulu, HI Live and work in Honolulu with easy access to world-famous beaches, including Waikiki and Lanikai, perfect for post-shift sunsets.
