nurse) - Assignment Type: Travel (Travel Nurse / Travel RN) - Unit:
Labor & Delivery (Critical Need) - Start Date: February 16, 2026 -
End Date: May 16, 2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 12-hour days
(07:15 AM – 07:45 PM) - Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed - Estimated
Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890 per week Job Requirements (Labor &
Delivery RN) - At least 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years)
full-time equivalent experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D nurse
/ OB nurse) - Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii or ability to
obtain Hawaii RN license - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification -
Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification -
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification - Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related degree - Preferred:
5 years recent Labor & Delivery experience - Preferred: 1 year of
high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last 2 years and
High Risk OB experience - Preferred: Previous travel nursing
experience and comfort working in busy L&D units
Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients
in the Labor & Delivery unit, including management of high-risk OB
cases - Monitor and assess mothers and newborns throughout labor,
delivery, and immediate postpartum stages (fetal monitoring,
maternal vital signs, neonatal assessments) - Perform neonatal
resuscitation interventions as needed (NRP) - Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams—OB providers, anesthesiology,
neonatology—to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Administer
medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies
according to protocol (ACLS/BLS) - Educate patients and families on
labor, delivery, and postpartum care and discharge instructions -
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of
