Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN I) to join our dynamic team, committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. This role deeply involves patient care functions, including recording vital signs, administering medication, and assisting in patient assessments under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. As part of our team, you will play a key role in enhancing the health and well-being of our members, aligning with our mission to provide integrated, high-quality care. Monitor and record patient's condition and document healthcare needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in patient evaluation and care planning. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on the management of their health. Proficiency in administering injections and medications, Strong observational and communication skills, Ability to operate medical equipment. Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia CPR certification preferred
