Long-Term Care RN/n/nJob Description:/n/n- Join a dynamic team in a
Long Term Care Facility within a hospital setting./n- Take on a
variety of responsibilities including:/n - Performing assessments
and treatments./n - Administering medications and notifying MD/NP
of pertinent information./n - Admitting and discharging patients
with care./n - Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)./n
- Providing specialized care including:/n - Gastrostomy tube
care./n - Urinary catheter care./n - Nebulizer treatments./n -
Wound vac care./n - CPAP care./n- Enjoy the flexibility of varied
shift scheduling:/n - 8-hour shifts including:/n - Days: 0730 -
1530/n - Evenings: 1500 - 2330/n - Nights: 2300 - 0730/n- Be
prepared to work weekends and holidays as required./n- A minimum of
2 years of nursing experience is essential./n- Required
