RieLes Group seeks to foster a relationship with each employee and our business partners Job Title: Center Mental Health Consultant (CMHC) Licensed Clinical/Counseling Psychologist or Clinical Social Worker Location: Hawaii Job Corps Center Operated by Management & Training Corporation (MTC) Hawaii, United States 94-544 Uke?e Street, Waipahu, HI 96797 Employment Type: Contract 1099 basis Schedule & Shift: Weekly Hours: Minimum 21 hours to maximum 42.2 hours per week Schedule: Flexible; set prior to contract start based on center needs Shift: Primarily day shift (business hours), may vary depending on student and center requirements Work Setting: On-site at the Hawaii Job Corps Center Contract Period: May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027 Position Overview: Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is seeking a licensed Center Mental Health Consultant (CMHC) to provide mental health services to students at the Hawaii Job Corps Center. This role focuses on prevention, early identification, assessment, and short-term treatment of mental health concerns impacting student success and employability. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Services Conduct mental health assessments for applicants and enrolled students Provide short-term counseling focused on employability and behavioral stability Deliver crisis intervention and coordinate emergency care when needed Develop and implement case management plans Consultation & Collaboration Work closely with: Health & Wellness Director Counseling staff Center physician and nursing team Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary planning Program Support Lead mental health education sessions for students Provide staff training on adolescent development and mental health Support center-wide wellness initiatives Referral & Community Coordination Coordinate referrals to off-site mental health providers Build partnerships with community resources and agencies Minimum Qualifications: Active, unrestricted license in the State of Hawaii One of the following: Clinical/Counseling Psychologist Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Minimum 1 year of experience working with adolescents or young adults Experience in settings such as: Schools or colleges Behavioral health clinics Military or institutional environments Additional Requirements: Ability to pass a background investigation Proof of professional liability insurance Ability to work independently as a contractor Must provide coverage or a qualified replacement during absences Please send me your most updated resume to mcastillo@rielesgroup.com
