kitchen running smoothly by ensuring that work areas, food service
equipment, and utensils are consistently cleaned and organized.
Location - 15 Craigside The following shifts are available:
Full-Time (Work 35 to 40 hours per week): 12 :30 pm - 8:30 pm;
Sunday - Saturday with 2 Days Off and must be able to work weekends
and holidays Pay range $18.00 Hourly Responsibilities Cleans,
organizes, and sanitizes all food service equipment, work surfaces,
utensils, and all work areas including refrigerators, dish machine,
floors, mats and drains according to cleaning schedule and
infection control policies and procedures. Maintains equipment
temperature logs. Assists cooks with preparation of meals as
needed. Sets up and breaks down employee meals. Segregates, sorts,
removes trash and recyclables and disposes them in designated
containers. Maintains inventory on chemicals (15 C). Exercises
caution and good safety judgment in uncertain conditions or
situations, and reports and/or corrects potential/actual hazards.
Performs the necessary duties for emergency drills and situations
such as fire, fire alarms, hurricanes, and other possible
emergencies as outlined in the Disaster Response Playbook.
Interacts with residents/clients and co-workers with patience,
understanding and kindness in accordance with ACS’s mission and
core values. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty

school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three
months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Computer Skills Basic
skills and ability to learn as needed. Physical Demands While
performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly
required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently
required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and
reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or
move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this
job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral
vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work
