Job Description:

Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and effective nursing care, following established nursing practices and adhering to both ethical and professional standards. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing patient well-being through integrated health practices, ensuring a seamless connection between care and coverage. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with our protocols. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient-centric care. Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold patient confidentiality. Monitor and safeguard patient safety and well-being. Strong clinical skills Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
