Requirements - 2 year Medicare-certified home health agency
experience - [REQUIRED] - Travel experience - [REQUIRED] - Active
and clear driver's license and car insurance - [REQUIRED]

Base and OASIS - [REQUIRED] - COVID and FLU vaccine - [REQUIRED]
[DOCUMENT] Will not take declinations! - Bachelor's degree -
[preferred] - Case Manager experience - [preferred] - Mileage
reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)
