Line Cooks (Chefs / Kitchen Prep / Kitchen Team Members)
You will learn the Mekiko style of food preparation.
The Willingness and Ability to Cross-Train and Work in Multiple PositionsSkills to Make the Grade - Multi-tasking, following recipes to create delicious dishes
ResponsibilitiesProperly learn and execute all of our recipe proceduresMaintain cleanliness throughout kitchenFollow company safety and sanitation policies and proceduresCommunicate ticket times to Team MembersKeep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
Job Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age, any culinary education is a plus!Perform the Physical Demands - Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop
Prefer kitchen experience of 1 yr. minimum.
Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.--JB.0.00.LN
