We believe that pretty is as pretty does- meaning you are only as beautiful as you make other people feel. As a customer service specialist, you will have the opportunity to make thousands of women feel beautiful! Here's a sneak peak of who we are:. Responsibilities. Respond to a high volume of phone calls and emails regarding client concerns and online client reviews. Be an expert and guide on all Drybar services, products, and processes. Improve the lives of Drybar clients by removing obstacles and showing that we care. Be the liaison between shop locations, the call center, and the corporate HQ. Resolve in-shop client experiences to improve brand sentiment and loyalty. Resolve client billing and payment issues. Meticulously document actions and client feedback in Salesforce. Maintain the Drybar voice and brand, and constantly exhibit Drybar core values. Qualifications. 1+ year of experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. Strong track record of resolving customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-pace environment. Strong competencies in office technology. Ability to work from home with a high-speed internet connection in a quiet workspace three days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday). Will be required to work from the Irvine, CA HQ for a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday and Friday). Must be available for the following work schedule: Monday through Friday, two shifts available: 7:30am - 4:00pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm.. Weekend shift rotation may be required every 6 - 8 weeks based on seasonality and business needs. Weekend shifts will consist of Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am - 4:30pm to be worked from home. At least a 2 week's notice will be provided for weekend scheduling.. Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws in regards to background checks..
