Job Description:

Title : Customer Service Representative - Import (Chinese) Industry : Freight Forwarding, Logistics Location : Honolulu, HI (Mapunapuna) Pay Rate : $22-$24/hr (DOE)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a freight forwarding company in the Mapunapuna area. You will be responsible for phone and email correspondence, maintain client and vendor files, documentation and general administrative duties. Please call ( 808)525-5225 to schedule an interview.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

Minimum combination of one (1) year of administrative and customer service experience
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience with export/freight forwarding experience preferred
Ability to speak Chinese
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with various personalities
