Overview
The Health & Fitness Concierge (Part-Time) is responsible for
greeting members and guests, answering questions, processing
membership and sales transactions. He/she is also responsible for
assisting members and guests and providing in a safe, friendly and
comfortable visit.
Responsibilities
- Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and
courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
- Greet and welcome all guests and members and offer assistance on
an ongoing basis.
- Assist guests and members with check in and out.
- Process transactions for all events, guest fees, massage fees,
membership fees, dues, etc.
- Must be able to completely and accurately explain the fitness
center and philosophy and programs.
- Keep accurate documentation and guest records.
- Assist guests and members with reservations for services.
- Handle all administrative functions of the Health & Fitness
Center including maintaining inventories of supplies, answering
telephones and taking messages, etc.
- Provide basic operational information for guests and members.
- Assist the sales effort by providing information and
communicating potential guest/member needs to sales manager.
- Submit maintenance requests to ensure facility/amenities are in
proper working order.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
- Provide Health & Fitness tours as necessary.
