This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our
8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10:00am
- 7:30pm Hawaii Time. It may be necessary, given the business need,
to work occasional overtime.
We offer 11 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will
be be 3:00pm - 12:30am CST (times could change based on trainer
availability) Monday-Friday. Training will be conducted virtually
from your home.
Employees will have the opportunity to work remotely from their
home and will be required to rotate into the office on average 1
week per month. Our office is located at 1132 Bishop Street
Honolulu HI96813.
All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth
Group's Telecommuter Policy.
Primary Responsibilities:
You've got loads of compassion, but you'll need more for this role.
You'll be interacting with members who need your help to resolve an
issue. They may be frustrated, and you'll have to manage the
conversation with them positively while multi-tasking to get to
resolution. And many people come into this role surprised by how
