Job Description:

We are looking for an accounts receivable clerk.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Issue bills and invoicesFiles and maintains all credit memo invoices.Enter daily cash receipt deposits against Daily Deposit Log and GL Accounts.Enters finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger by customer.Files check stubs and bank receipts.Ensures that payments are posted and distributed accurately and within required timeResearches, identifies and allocates all payments.Processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks.Ensures timely resolution of invalid deductions and short payments.Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up.Obtains and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested.Brand: Times SupermarketAddress: 801 Kaheka St. Honolulu,HI 96814 Honolulu, HI - 96819Property Description: 1099 PPRMProperty Number: 1099
