Job Description:
The Culinary Cold Prep - Garde Manger is a production person
whose focus is consistent execution of standardized recipes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce recipes according to established specifications.
Utilizes a knife, mixer or other equipment to complete work.
Set priorities, organize activities and resources and establish
timelines.
Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation standards in
compliance with company policy.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and extended periods of standing or
walking.
Work in a Hot or Cold environment and be able to handle repetitive
motion or tasks as assigned.
