We are a casual dining restaurant. Our mission is to create a memorable dining experience serving quality food with great flavor profiles by crew members dedicated to excellence.. We are seeking a new Hostess to join our team. Your role will be to greet or guests with your wonderful smile. As a member of the hostess department, you will work with other team members and report to our front of the house manager. What You Will Do: Offer warm greetings and salutations to our guests, seat guests, learn how to use our waitlist App called RESY, do table status checks, help server team members by filling guest waters, help to maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, answer incoming phones calls from guests and be knowlegable on all things Haleiwa Joe's to assist them, quote wait times to guests as set by your manager on duty and offer a positive first and last impression to our guests on behalf of Haleiwa Joe's. We are a casual dining restaurant and offer food, beverages and service to our guests that lead to memorable experiences as we strive to exceed our guest's expectations. We serve dinner every night from 4 in the afternoon until 9 in the evening. During busy seasons, we may serve guests until 10PM as needed. Our menu includes our famous prime rib, steaks, fresh fish, salads, ono pupu and wicked desserts. We have a fully stocked bar with great bartenders and an extensive wine list. Our Haiku location in Kaneohe sits on 5 acres and our restaurant overlooks our gardens. The views are spectacular both day and night. Our dining room is open air and is best described as a giant lanai over looking our gardens and pond. It's very beautiful and there are not many restaurants that sit on 5 acres! Salary range for this position is $11 - $15 per hour.
