Job Description:

maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring a
sanitary environment for food preparation. You will be an essential
part of our culinary operations, working behind the scenes to
support our commitment to exceptional guest experiences across our
expansive global properties. Operate and maintain cleaning
equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash
stations, and mop. Ensure dishes, glassware, silverware, and other
cookware are sanitized and organized for availability. Assist in
maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, carrying out all duties in
compliance with sanitary policies and health regulations. Manage
waste and store it properly. Support kitchen staff with other
related tasks as needed. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in
a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cleaning techniques and
sanitation regulations Time management skills Medical Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus (dependent
on regional regulations)
