This role is pivotal in maintaining an environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality. As a Busser-Sunset, you will work closely with our food and beverage team to ensure that every guest enjoys a clean, orderly, and welcoming dining atmosphere during their evening experiences. Clear and reset tables promptly following guest departure, ensuring readiness for new arrivals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations. Assist in polishing and restocking dishes and utensils to maintain supply for service needs. Support wait staff and bartenders with additional guest service needs and preparation tasks. Ensure cleanliness standards and safety protocols are upheld throughout the shift. Help manage inventory of necessary cleaning supplies and tableware. Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail Physical stamina and mobility Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler's Certification preferred but not mandatory.
