Manager who leads with creativity, initiative, and a deep
commitment to hospitality excellence. In this highly visible
leadership role, you’ll build and develop a high?performing dining
team, partner closely with AFC culinary leaders, and shape dining
experiences that reflect our culture of kindness, compassion, and
respect. You’ll oversee front?of?house operations across multiple
venues while mentoring supervisors and empowering staff to deliver
exceptional, resident?centered service every day. If you’re

Lead and elevate the dining experience across the Dining Room,
Health Care Center, Employee Lounge, and Private Functions Build,
coach, and inspire Dining Services Supervisors and dining team
members Partner with culinary leadership to align service
excellence with menu execution Engage residents and Resident Dining
Committees to continuously improve the dining experience Champion
service standards, training, and innovation in a dynamic senior
living environment Work Schedule Monday–Friday (Full-Time), with
required availability on weekends and holidays as needed. Typical
shift is 5:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., with flexibility to start earlier
or stay later based on operational needs. Occasional evening shifts
may be required. Compensation Annual Salary Range: $67,000 -
$85,904 1. Dining Experience Strategy & Service Standards Develop,
implement, and monitor dining service standards to ensure a
consistent, high?quality dining experience in the Dining Room,
Health Care Center, Employee Lounge, and during Private Functions.
Champion a resident?centered approach that prioritizes dignity,
choice, hospitality, and relationship?based service. Serve as a
visible leader who models professionalism, accountability, and the
Arcadia Family of Companies’ culture of kindness, compassion, and
respect. 2. People Leadership & Talent Development Provide direct
leadership to Dining Services Supervisors and indirect leadership
to dining services team members. Partner with the Executive Chef,
Director of Dining Services, and Human Resources to recruit,
interview, hire, onboard, and retain dining staff. Administer
performance management processes for all employees managed by the
Dining Services Manager, including coaching, evaluation,
recognition, corrective action, and development planning. Foster a
positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment that supports
engagement, retention, and internal growth. 3. Operations,
Scheduling & Coordination Manage, coordinate, and oversee
scheduling for Waitstaff, Health Care Center dining, Employee
Meals, and Private Functions to ensure appropriate coverage and
service flow. Oversee front?of?house dining operations to ensure
consistency, efficiency, and service excellence across all meal
periods and events. Ensure dining venues are properly staffed,
prepared, and supported to meet operational and resident needs. 4.
Training, Standards & Continuous Improvement Develop and oversee
ongoing training for dining staff, including customer service,
serving etiquette and techniques, working with seniors, service
recovery, and point?of?sale systems. Ensure supervisors
consistently reinforce service standards and provide effective
on?the?floor coaching. Lead or support implementation of new dining
concepts, service models, and experience enhancements to
continuously elevate service quality. 5 . Resident Engagement &
Feedback Integration Work in concert with the Resident Food/Dining
Committee to address, resolve, and follow up on resident concerns
and requests related to food quality, service, and dining
experience. Provide continuous feedback from residents to the
Executive Chef, Director of Dining Services, Sous Chef, and
Dietitian regarding food preparation, presentation, taste, and
variety. Collaborate with department managers, supervisors, and
staff to address resident needs and concerns related to dining in a
timely and responsive manner. 6. Administrative, Financial &
Systems Oversight Oversee ordering and inventory of supplies and
service items for all dining venues. Manage dining services
operational resources in alignment with budgetary guidelines.
Oversee operation of the point?of?sale system, ensure staff are
trained on proper use, and collaborate with Information Technology
to resolve system issues. 7. Compliance, Safety & Professional
Engagement Ensure compliance with all corporate, state, and federal
health, safety, sanitation, and food service regulations. Lead
emergency preparedness efforts related to dining services and
ensure staff readiness. Network with industry peers and establish
professional relationships within the food and beverage industry to
stay current with trends, best practices, and innovations.

from a four-year college or university; or five to ten years
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Hotel or hospitality experience is
preferred. Computer Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency in Point of Sale
