We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can support a workplace where employees are treated with trust, dignity and respect while ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws. We strive to create a work culture that stimulates innovation, integrity, and passion in everything we do.This is a full-time regular position supporting aio's employee development, wellness programs, HR and payroll system administration, recruiting and staffing, compensation planning, benefits administration, policies and compliance. This position reports to the aio Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administration Officer and will work closely with aio's senior executives on strategic HR initiatives.Requirements

• bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related professional business work experience
• minimum 5 years of work experience in Human Resources including staffing, payroll and benefits plan design and administration, writing and enforcing HR policies, recruiting and staffing. A master's degree in HR, MBA or J.D. with coursework in employment law and/or HR-specific certifications can be substituted for work experience)
• HR/payroll system administration experience with ADP WorkForceNow, Ceridian Redwood, or Altres HRsymphony preferred
• knowledge of federal and State of Hawaii employment and labor laws is required
• proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneDrive, and TeamsCompensation and Benefits
