A digital commerce agency is filling a position for a Remote
Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Determine hiring needs based on business/project projections.
Understand key position requirements
Assist with ad hoc HR tasks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
1+ years in recruiting experience
Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented
environment
Demonstrated ability to solve problems while exhibiting sound
judgment and creativity
Capable of communicating complex content in a succinct manner
Have HR competencies including initiative, organizational skills,
time management and decision making
