Job Description:

A local shipping company is currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join their team. Pay is $60,000 in addition to perks like profit sharing plans, employee birthday gifts, provided lunch, and more!

HR Manager Job Functions:
--- Process all employee benefits for union and non-union personnel
--- Weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing with Ceridian
--- Prepare and enter monthly journal entries for payroll, employee benefits, and bank reconciliation
--- Work with insurance company and employees on worker's compensation and TDI claims
--- Responsible for tracking OSHA-required data
--- Onboarding of new hires and safety orientation
