Job Description:
Avis Budget Group is seeking an Engagement & Retention
Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team, dedicated to
fostering a supportive and engaging work environment across our
recognized brands: Avis, Budget, and Zipcar. This role focuses on
developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee
satisfaction and loyalty, thereby ensuring high retention rates and
a motivated workforce in tune with our commitment to innovation and
customer satisfaction. Design and implement employee engagement
initiatives and retention strategies Analyze workforce trends and
feedback to develop targeted retention solutions Coordinate and
facilitate focus groups and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction
Work closely with HR management to align engagement strategies with
overall business goals Develop recognition programs that reward and
acknowledge employee contributions Monitor and report on the
effectiveness of engagement and retention efforts Collaborate with
other departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive work
environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in HR analytics and reporting Proficiency in HR software
and tools Ability to design and implement creative engagement
programs Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and
turn it into actionable strategies Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional in
Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred SHRM Certified
Professional (SHRM-CP) desirable
