Travel is issue-driven. Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for an IT Support Technician. IT Support Technician Responsibilities Provide desktop, laptop, mobile devices and client support, server support, local and wide area network (LAN and WAN) support, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone system support, technical equipment support, system upgrades and maintenance. Deployment, management, and support of iPads, tablets, mobile devices. Maintain the computer networking system in an office environment by tracking server activity, performing upgrades of software, maintaining computer hardware, addressing questions about technical problems, and improving efficiency by evaluating system network functions. System Security Support. Active Directory Services and Data Center Administration. Configuration Management, Change Management. Technical Publications, Data Management, Administrative Support. IT Support Technician Requirements Required to have at least a Bachelor s degree from an accredited secondary education institution in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems or at least four years of paid full-time experience providing technical support to information technology systems may be considered as a substitute for the accredited degree. Professional Certification Requirement Required to have acquired at least one of the following professional IT certifications Network +, Security +, CCNA, or MCSE. Similar or more advanced certifications will be considered in lieu of these certifications. Required to have at least three years of helpdesk experience. Experience with Microsoft (MS) Windows operating systems (OS), Windows 7, 8 and 10 workstations, Windows Server 2008 R22012 R22016, Hyper-V virtual servers, VMware virtual machines, Macintosh OS (Mavericks Sierra), Active Directory, iOS Android (limited) Devices, Office 365, and Cisco and ShoreTelMitel VoIP Office Telephones Why should you work for Mindbank?
