Fires Curriculum Developer The Opportunity: As a defense mission
professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the

expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our
nation safe. As a Fires Curriculum Developer, you’ll bring your
analytic, technical, and tactical expertise to work on projects for
maritime fires. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and
we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex
systems, policies, and processes as part of joint missions. You’ll
guide the work we do for the U.S. Navy and the solutions we deliver
for defense mission planning. You served your country, now continue

complex design, integration, and analytical problems for maritime

experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or
military training 5 years of experience with the military fires
process, including Field Artillery, Naval Surface Fire Support, or
Joint Fires Experience with instructional design models such as
Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation
(ADDIE) Experience creating a variety of instructional materials,
including lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical exercises
Experience working with military doctrine to inform curriculum
Knowledge of training and readiness standards Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience as a Military
Instructor or Master Training Specialist Experience developing
content for simulated or virtual training environments Knowledge of
joint fires doctrine, including JP 3-09 and service-specific fires
manuals Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a
related field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a
security investigation and may need to meet eligibility
requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance

is determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individual’s particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to
$198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting
