Role Summary We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our IT support team as an entry-level Information Technology Associate. In this role, you will provide first-line technical support, ensuring that our team’s IT systems operate seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Deliver responsive technical support to staff via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and update software applications. Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Collaborate with senior IT team members. Track and document support requests. Maintain IT inventory. Develop and update IT support documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of equivalent experience or combination of both. Genuine passion for technology. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and in teams. Willingness to learn emerging technologies. Preferred Skills Help desk or technical support experience. Familiarity with accounting software. Certifications such as CompTIA A, MCP, or ITIL Foundation. This position operates with typical working hours aligning with Hawaii Standard Time (HST) to facilitate effective collaboration.
