Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled
Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The
ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting attorneys with
case preparation, legal research, and document management. This
position requires someone who pays close attention to detail,
excels at multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. To

Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii
due to the nature of the job requirements. Responsibilities: •
Support attorneys by preparing for depositions, hearings, trials,
and client meetings. • Draft and review legal documents such as
pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests or responses.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide concise summaries of
findings. • Organize, maintain, and manage case files, including
electronic records and documentation. • Coordinate discovery
processes, including document production, review, and management. •
File legal documents with courts and ensure adherence to deadlines
and calendar schedules. • Communicate effectively with clients,
witnesses, experts, and court personnel to facilitate case
progress. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies
or a related field. • Paralegal certification is preferred. • At
least 5 years of experience in litigation within a law firm or
legal department. • Proficiency in legal research tools and case
management software. • Strong written and verbal communication
skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under
tight deadlines. • Familiarity with civil litigation processes and
procedures. • Licensed attorney status is a plus but not
required.
