Job Description:
Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Pharmacy
Clerk-Dispensing Tech for their Honolulu, HI location.
Responsibilities: In order to be a successful Pharmacy Dispensing
Tech you will perform functions of filling, shipping and/or packing
of prescription orders in accordance with standard operating
procedures. These operations may have few similarities to a typical
warehouse operation, but almost 80% of the task that our clerks do
are pharmacy related. This means that you are involved with drug
inventory, dispensing, packing, and shipping meds. The other 20% of
the duties involved ordering and maintaining shipping supplies.
Filling and labeling prescriptions Packing prescriptions Shipping
prescriptions Ensuring dispensing accuracy Materials and Inventory
tasks such as receiving & putting away drugs, cycle counts, pulling
expired medications Replenishing supplies Utilizing various
computer applications for fulfillment and inventory Requirements:
At least 6 months experience in a packing/shipping warehouse or
pharmacy experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and
Excel. Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. Why
