Non-Clinical Tech Location: Honolulu, HI Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,280 to $1,440 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $32.00 - $36.00/Hourly. Summary: The Clerical Purchasing Assistant supports the hospital’s purchasing and supply chain operations by performing clerical, administrative, and data-entry tasks. This role ensures accurate processing of purchase orders, maintains inventory records, and assists with vendor communication to support uninterrupted hospital operations. Tasks and Responsibilities: Prepare, process, and track purchase orders in accordance with hospital policies. Verify requisitions, pricing, and product specifications. Assist in maintaining inventory records and stock levels. Monitor backorders and follow up with vendors on delivery status. Enter purchasing data into computerized systems accurately. File and maintain purchasing documents, invoices, and contracts. Generate routine purchasing and inventory reports. Answer phone calls and emails related to purchasing inquiries. Requirements Requirements: 4 - Year experience Required, High school diploma or equivalent required, Additional coursework in business administration or supply chain preferred, Experience in healthcare purchasing or materials management is an advantage.
