our team as Jr. Project Manager, Asset Manager . The Jr. Project
Manager will be actively working with our diverse, result-oriented
by team by performing multitude of functions as set forth below. We
are looking for an energetic professional who is reliable,
efficient, and does not mind wearing multiple hats. This position

This is a full time position based in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Jr. Project Manager, Asset Management Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of Pacific Current's projects under
construction and operating assets
Monitor assigned distributed generation solar projects across
the Hawaii to ensure optimal generation performance of the
company’s solar photovoltaic (PV) plant portfolio as well as energy
Responsible for vendor management, billing, project reporting,
performance analysis, and preparation of capital and O&M
Work closely with the Sr. Asset Manager and Pacific Current team
to achieve overall portfolio performance goals.
Self-starter with a clear ability to research, plan, organize,
execute, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of various solar monitoring and SCADA
Demonstrated knowledge and skill with managing energy
industry-specific commercial contracts and financing
Demonstrated analytical and administrative skills for such tasks
as preparing and monitoring project requirements and resolving cost
and time constraints, conflicting priorities.
Ability to perform independent research and work in a creative,
innovative, and motivated fashion.
Effective written, oral, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects within budget and time
Ability to manage multiple schedules and workflows.
Professional demeanor with good judgement and ability to retain
Strong interpersonal skills to influence and persuade various
groups or individuals.
Desire to learn about cross-sector projects impacting energy,
water, agriculture, waste, and transportation.
Must have a valid driver's license in order to travel to
customer sites on a frequent basis. Position requires occasional
Experience and Training Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited college
or university or in business from an AACSB-accredited college or
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in asset management,
project management, portfolio management, or project
Experience with solar and storage technologies, construction
principles and concepts, project management and coordination,
usually acquired through experience.
Ability to perform detailed financial analysis using skills
usually obtained through completion of Economics, Capital
Investment courses, or similar collegiate course work.
Additional course work in Finance, Accounting and Marketing
would be desirable.
Direct experience in the energy industry is preferred.

Commensurate with experience
Participation in the Annual Incentive Compensation Plan
Personal Time Off – four weeks per year (on accrual basis)
