Job Description:

Provides servicing support to the Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives for the overall management of new groups and retention of mid-size and large groups. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: new group set-up and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience by assisting with renewal confirmation and contract accuracy; preparation of benefits information and/or oral health materials and conducting open enrollment and/or health fair activities.. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Manages the overall process of group contracts:. Communicate and explain information to provide advice and recommendations to groups or brokers for the management of the dental program. This may include attending service visits or renewal meetings with brokers and/or groups.. Prepares mid-size renewal letters and uploads to the broker online portal.. Prepares and completes all new group internal documentation and reviews contract for accuracy.. Leads the coordination and facilitation of internal meetings for new group transitions or other group servicing issues that include other departments to ensure group/broker expectations and customer service needs are met.. Prepares open enrollment and health fair materials by updating benefit summaries, plan materials and other oral health communication materials as needed.. Maintains all customer communication and data into Salesforce and provides status reports generated from Salesforce as requested by the management team.. Attend and conduct open enrollment presentations and benefit fairs at various sites on Oahu and neighbor islands.. Manages and maintains all documents/contacts electronically to ensure it complies with the company’s records retention program , this includes auditing renewal documents, contracts and other communication documents to ensure data accuracy. Participates in the quarterly group monitoring process with the Compliance Department.. Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE. Education. Bachelor's degree in business, management, or marketing, preferred. Associates degree in Business Administration or related field is acceptable.. Experience. Two year related sales, customer service or account management work experience, preferably in the health care industry.. Skills and Knowledge. Ability to organize, analyze and problem-solve complex problems.. Strong attenditon to detail and high level of accuracy.. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize with on-going distractions.. Strong communcation and presentation skills.. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with all levels of staff, customers, consultants/brokers, and third-party administrators on sensitive matters.. Ability to work with others in a teamwrok environment.. Working with knowledge of PC (prefer Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).. Valid Hawaii driver's license and personal transportation vehicle needed..
