The Revenue Cycle Management Lead works closely with the
Director of MSO to support the revenue cycle management division.
This includes RCM operations, RCM projects, customer relations,
payer relations, performance monitoring of key performance
indicators (KPIs), and representation to other business segments
and/or executive leadership. We look to the RCM Lead to unite team
members, maintain team morale, and have the ability to flex and
adapt to different types of projects/situations.
This position will contribute in the following ways:
RCM Operations Support the creation of strategic and tactical
Work with various RCM operation teams including admin, revenue
support specialists, revenue cycle analysts, and physical therapy
teams on insurance payer issues or projects
Lead team meetings as needed
Become a subject matter expert in ConnxtMD and TeamPraxis
Experience with RCM reporting
RCM Projects Lead and/or participate in projects
Act as subject matter expert in the RCM field
Customer Relations Support the resolution of client escalations
with the goal being 100% client retention. This may include working
with various departments to resolve client concerns, contract term
negotiations, client presentations, etc.
Payer Relations Act as normal point of contact for payer
inquiries and/or issues
Identify and keep up-to-date escalation path
Keep TeamPraxis team up-to-date with Insurance Payer changes and
learning opportunities, and online tools
Maintain an up-to-date status for TeamPraxis' client
Maintain TeamPraxis online portal use and user permissions.
Performance Monitoring of KPIs Create, refine, and monitor
Ensure visibility and accountability to KPIs
Representation with other business segments and/or executive
leadership Represent TeamPraxis as a subject matter expert in
Ability to create and present PPT presentations
All other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
3+ years progressive RCM experience preferred, Management
experience and skills
Experience working with Practice Management Systems
Experience with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and
Experience taking meeting minutes and recapping discussions
