K?pono Government Services LLC is looking for a qualified
Administrative Assistant to support our contract with Naval
Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station in Wahiawa, HI.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Admin II supplies administrative support services.
Uses independent judgment in completing activities and operates
under general supervision. Performs a variety of administrative
functions. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers.
Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches presentations.
Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and
monitors invoices and expense reports. May assist with compiling
and developing annual budget. Familiar with standard concepts
practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on
experience and judgment to plan an accomplish goals. Performs a
variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree
of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a
supervisor or manager. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 3 years of
related experience DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: HS
diploma CITIZENSHIP/SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: U.S. Citizen
