RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Systems Engineer - NC3 in Honolulu, HI. Key Tasks: * Work independently to provide NC3 Enterprise and NC3 systems expertise to leadership* Build proactive relationships among internal NC3 stakeholders* Build proactive relationships between the company and external NC3 stakeholders across DoD* Perform engineering studies and analysis associated with the NC3 NextGen vision, and oversight of specifications and standards that will be applied across the portfolio of programs* Engage with key NC3 C4ISR, space, and aircraft modernization programs to ensure they practice state of the art engineering principles, and to conduct independent technical risk assessments as they progress through the acquisition cycle* Build proactive relationships between the company and external NC3 stakeholders across DoD* Provide technical analysis and technical leadership to assist the company in prioritizing NC3-related technology development* Coordinate tasks and participate in technical meetings with internal and external NC3 partnersJob Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science* Significant, relevant work experience in Systems Engineering* NC3 Subject Matter Expertise* Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified informationKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
